Dr. Louay Khraish was born and raised in Lebanon. He holds a Ph.D. in the Humanities from the University of Texas at Dallas.  His fields of studies are media and film theory, creative writing, and world literature.  Dr. Khraish also holds an M.A. in Media Studies from the New School in New York.  His bachelor’s degree was earned at the University of North Texas in Denton. In addition to teaching university-level communication and media courses, Dr. Khraish continues to work in the media industry and has completed a manuscript that he is pursuing to publish.  He currently lives in the USA.
